The Division
of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition provides a full range
of diagnostic tests including nutritional tests, breath tests, special
motility measures, and tests of acid secretion. Some testing procedures
can obtain biopsies and even can treat certain problems, reducing
the need for and frequency of surgery.
